My name is Jessica and i live in Missouri. I need some work-out buddies! I am a diesel mechanic at a local truck stop, and i usually have a hectic scedule. I am 5'9" and weigh 252lbs. I want to shed some lbs because i have one really bad knee and want to see if trimming some weight will help out... I hope it does! Please help me stay motivated!

Hi Jessica: shedding some lbs most definetly will help your knee, remember .....ONE DAY AT THE TIME...... I'm sure those  lbs did not  come in one day so u can not loose them fast, it would not be easy but is doable. GOOD LUCK.

Thank you, its so hard to find a good work out with my bum knee, and i dont want surgery! But like you said ONE DAY AT A TIME!

nice i have a similar goal and i have Cerebral Palsy that affects my legs and a bad knee as well. this is a great place to get the information you need to get to the goal weight you want to be at
