I am new to this. I really need a whole run down completely of what to do. Nutrition exspecially. I need to know what food supp. are and what to eat. Is there some place to go here that tells you how to do the excerises and what target is in your daily routine. Is that target weight for your daily routine? I really need to lose weight and define my body. What cardio. excerises should I do? Please help, I am excited to start.
