The number 1 thing I hear from women is they don't want to strength train because they don't want to get huge muscles. Getting bulky is sooooo hard for women to do, so I thought this would be a good visual!

wow see that is the body i want but i'll probably start more with weights later i'm just focused on losing the fat right now and yes this does help because it helps people like me see that you can weight train and stuff like that and still be beautiful like these women are
Glad it helps! Don't forget, when you weight train you are adding muscle to your body while getting rid of fat. The number on the scale may not always go down every week as they balance each other out sometimes. Just focus on how your clothes are fitting! Good Luck!
