Im trying to build muscle mass through out my whole body. Ive been lifting pretty good for the past 6 months and resting good. But due to my limited resources of weights i can only do but so many exercises. I pretty sure ive hit a platue and i really need to get out of hit and shock my muscles. Im trying to get my biceps, triceps, forearms, back, shoulders, and my whole back shocked. I just dont know how much weight i should use or how many reps and sets i should do. I lifted alot last night and my muscles are not sore at all. SO i know my muscles have gotten used to the workouts. Can somebody help me with my weight lifting? im trying to up my bench and gain weight.

You look like you've done well. You might not like the answer but here goes.
Eat clean,
Kift very heavy, low reps and get proper rest. You're going to need to find a place to lift that has equipment. How about your school? Look at the mass building workout. If you decide to try it you have to understand that rest may be more important than lifting. Muscle doesn't grow while you lift. It grows as a result of lifting when you are at rest.
That all being said, I think you may be right on the edge of being too young to attempt a mass program. You may want to learn the proper lifting techniques in the gym with a circuit routine
Work every lift with relatively light weights to start with. Form is everything. Proper form prevents injury. Gradually increase your lifts as you progress. This will get you accustomed to lifting properly and teach you basic lifts.
After a couple of months you could try the gym program on intermediate level. Then move to advanced.
In the next year or two you will be ready for the mass program. The mass program is a very advanced program and you should be well versed in lifting technique, diet and proper rest to do it.
I can't emphasize the amount of rest you need or the amount of good whole food you need to eat enough. With your build and at your age you can eat without stopping pretty much and still find bulking up difficult. Welcome here. Explore and learn. Lift heavy and good luck.
