Well i have a problem if someone could help me then i wud b v thankful to u all, As i have been working out for 4 years but till yet i m nt able to make a gud body as i want, basically i had gynocomestia and i have got rid off from it few months back nw i dnt have that hurdle which i used to had in my past!
I request to the members of freetrainers.com to sugestt me some of excercise plans and diet plans as well bcoz i had two problems 1st was my chest which nw better and 2nd was my tummy which is still much fullfy.......... infact i have a bulky body

I am not sure if I am understanding exactly what you are saying your issues are but from what I can make out, I would suggest you speak with your GP first and foremost about what you want to achieve and the best way to go about it!
They can be a great way to getting you onto a program that is tailored to you and they can also factor in your medical history accordingly!
I think it's important to pace yourself and set realistic goals rather than go full throttle (you may end up doing more harm than good), especially on the back of medical issues. It's also very important to make sure that you are eating right and getting enough water to help your body function as well as it can.
Maybe someone else has another take on this. Hope I've helped or at least made a bit of sense!
