Hey everyone, I'm new on here and so far I really like it, but its no fun with no friends to chat with and a support group, anybody want to be friends? My name is trish, a 21 year old mother of two determined to lose maybe 70lb+ to be at a healthy and happy weight. I could really use some motivation and I can be a great supportive friend as well! Hope to be chatting with some of you soon! Your friend, Trish

The Accountability groups are great places to get and give support. Nobody really minds cross talk as long as the subject wanders back to the original at some point. Y'all pick a group like "did you exercise today" and chat it up. That was one of the best features of the old FT. I think there are too masny groups with one post right now but that's just me. If you creat a group, make sure that woever sets it up does so in such a way that joining up doesn't have to be approved. But again, the accountability groups are a great place to swap encouragement.

Okay everybody here seems to want the same thing. Take over this thread. Post daily. Ask questions. Give encouragement or lamentation. Take over the thread and be there for each other.
