Am I not training hard enough if I am not super soar the day after lifting? I like the feeling of muscle ache because it makes me feel like I put in a good workout and that my muscles are going to heal up nice and big =)

Some of us get sore and some of us don't. You will find when you change your routine or shock your muscles you might get sore. The expression "No pain, no gain" doesn't always stand to reason.

I get sore all the time, each time my husband changes my exercise program. The longer I am into the program the soreness seems to ease up. Maybe a change-up is in order.

Well I upped my weight a bit while doing the same 3 sets of 10 reps (or 8 on the last set) and changing a few other things and now I am sore as hell. But I wasn't the day after, it was two days later. So I think I was just going at it a litte too easy ;)
