HI! I'm a 38 year old woman with three teen kids. I've recently lost my muscle mass due to being slow at my work; so I need to get back into shape for the Summer Season. I'm also getting married this summer to a wonderful man that I've been with for four and a half years and would like to look good in my wedding dress and for our honeymoon in Hawaii. The main thing I need to work on is toning my stomach and eating more healthier!! My problem is that I live in a small town in Washington State so there's not alot to do around here, so I sit at home on my days off unless it's nice then I might go for a walk. I have two bad ankles and a bad knee as well, so walking for long periods doesn't work too well for me. I'm hoping this program works for me and I can continue even after I achieve my goals. Yesterday was my first real workout and it felt good until I was done; than the aches came!! LOL
