Hey all, my name is cassandra. I finally decided to take the first step to really do some thing bout my unwanted weight. Just need a lil boost. Question I have my weely work out break down, like arms, legs, chest, etc does it mean I can use any machine that will work those areas? And how many sets should u do it for to get the right results and w/o hurting yourself? If anyone knows please respond. Thanks

Hi Fitkazzi12, you may find a couple of posts in the beginner section helpful.

Regarding your question about machines. If you are using a FT workout  then yes, you may substitute a machine exercise for one that calls for free weights if that's what you are asking. It doesn't matter as long as it works the same muscle group. Number of sets depends on the routine you are doing. Post the type of routine.

Welcome here and good luck
