My name is Laura, and I have decided to get my first six pack ever! Woo! :D ....but I need some help, do i need to count calories to lose centimeters around my waist? Should I skip stuff like rice (even if it's brown)? I'm very very very very very new to this and have read some body building books but that just complicated things too much. My weight is 61 kg right now, so I should probably lose about 4-5 kilos (I'm 165 cm). I took an online test on my fat percentage and I'm not sure if it's correct, but the result was 32 %..
