need help with my overall fitness to get ready for military training, i have a weak back and shoulders i need to build endurance and stamina, as well as strengh and of course muscle, i am somewhat athlet i i do have a toned body naturally and jsut need to be bulked up, im in the middle of a detox body cleansing right now and and on a specific diet, not trying to gain alot of calories, can anyone help with a solid work out plan to help me, i weigh about 150 lbs and im 5'11 im not sure my body fat percent right now but its not very high i would assume im pretty lean.
