Hi, 

I was looking online for some help, as I joined the gym yesterday and after 35 mins on the cross trainer I felt lost as to what to do next. At the moment I am looking for work, and just feel unheathly and unhappy the longer my unemployment goes on. I want to lose some weight but just feel better. 

Anyway I came across this site and thought it was amazing and am hoping it will keep me on track! 

If anyway works out in Portsmouth- let me know!

If you have never worked out with weights and machines, this is a good searting workout.
