Hi, I just joined and have struggled with weight and exercise. Weight since I quit smoking over 18 years ago and exercise because of back and feet problems. I work 10 hours a day and in chronic pain and just so tired at the end of the day. I always set my goals too high and then give up. I want to lose it all yesterday. I hope I will be able to learn how to use the tools as I am not very computer savy
