Hi all. I just started here this week and I am TOTALLY confused with the description for the seated twist in the abs workout. Could someone help me understand how to do this one? Thanks.

Seated twists are just that. Sit at the end of a bench. Take a bar and hold it by the ends, over your shoulders, but behind the neck. Looking straight ahead, twist your upper body from right to left.
Hope this helps. You can get a full description and pic under your excersie program.
