Not really new to the whole fitness lifestyle but definitely been on an extended vacation. I played baseball and football throughout high school and college. Lifted weights while in the military but quit as soon as I got out. I currently drive trucks and that is where the dilemma comes in. I used to weigh a solid 165 and now I am at 190. I really need to shed the body fat and gain some lean muscle. My whole thing is I look around and see what I have always despised and yet I am headed in that direction.
