im currently 56 kg with 167cm as height.
my tummy is really immensely fat, my thighs are incredibly big and my face is really chubby ):

Good luck to you! But I would say you are the perfect weight for your height. Maybe you could use some toning up. Eat enough calories for your exercises. Do cardo for heart health and weight-training to tone up and build some muscle. Muscle burns fat!

I agree with Cnacedo start by watching what you eat and exercising, mix cardio with resistance training. Cnacedo is bang on the more lean muscle you have the higher your BMR will be and the more fat you will burn on a daily basis. Just remeber to have fun and find exercises that you enjoy.
