I have this bad habit of wanting to eat and snack after 7 pm dose anyone have any ideas to fix this or what is a health snack i can have? please help!!!!!!!
What time are you going to bed? 7:00 seems quite early - I can't think of the last time I haven't eaten after seven... I mean, if I don't that's a whole lot of hours without any food.
There are tons of healthy snacks, eat veggies or fruit (natures candy!)

Hi Sabrina. Cadedin Sanity offers good ideas. My favorite last snack of the day is cottage cheese. It's a slow releas protein that will stick with you through the night.
