It takes some effort on your part. Fill out your profile. Set some goals. Tell us about yourself. You leave us kind of shooting in the dark knowing nothing about you or what you want to accomplish.

Think of something you REALLY want! Whether it be to be in a bikini over the summer, to being able to run with friends, or even if you're a parent, being able to have fun with your kids! Think of something like this and write it down. Put it somewhere you will see it everyday, this way you have constant motivation to eat better and exercise.
