I'm Indra... I don't even know where to start with my exercise program. I find myself feeling very unhealthy and having just turned 30 I have decided to make a change in my lifestyle. I just started a quit smoking regime of some herbal tablets and I need to start an exercise routine.
I am possibly the skinniest person you have ever seen that eats. I eat whatever i want whenever i want and don't put on a pound. I seems great but it is frustrating since where I live rail thin is NOT in. I am currently 93lbs and about 5'7 ... and I want to be about 110-120lbs.
So if anyone can help me interms of what kinda of program I should start I would really appreciate it. Oh I would prefer to workout at home or in the park (running)... not in the gym.
