I am a college student off for the summer! I gained a lot of weight during school and my goal is to lose 25 lbs or more this summer! I have 4 months..is this a realistic goal? I need help! Any tips or support would be amazing! Thanks
Hey depending on how overweight you are this could or couldnt be a realistic goal a healthy amount of weight to lose is 1-2 pounds a week or 1% of your body weight. I also gained a lot of weight at college and are similarly hoping to lose weight but it is definitly important to be realistic or else you may get discouraged and quit.
also another tip is to weigh yourself once a week at the same time that way you aren't discouraged by daily flucuations in weight which are normal. Hope that helps!!
