hi im cheyenne im 13 and im fat lets face it i weigh 175lbs and want to get to 130lbs soon.if their r any of u out there who r in my shoes or have been let me know what u r doing to shed the lbs or what u did do to shed the lbs. thank u so much and plz do share with me ur stories,tips,special tricks up your sleve...anything! thanks!

Hey! My name's Macy. I'm not 13 but I am 15. I personally like doing dance exercise the most simply because it's fun. :)

Hello! I am Coral, I'm 15, turning 16 on the 22nd of May. I am on my way to get down to 130 pounds too. So far I've lost 14.5 pounds. I don't know if you have an android phone, but I started a (FREE) program called Noom. It's helped me make healthier choices with scheduling my exercise, helping me pick and learn about healthier foods, and it's a great motivator because it's really easy~! 

I've just been watching what I eat. Usually a slice of white bread and a tablespoon of Nutella (Which is not a lot of calories. I usually don't even use the whole tablespoon because it's so much!) granola bar or cheerios (with or without low-fat milk), lunch is maybe a sandwhich, a tasty wrap or soup, snacks I eat a ton of bell peppers and low-fat salad dressing or popcorn (It's really healthy if you don't add a ton of butter! I get the kind that's white cheddar flavored.), dinner is whatever my family is having, in moderation. Sometimes I'll make myself soup, whole grain pasta and tomato sauce. Dessert is usually fruit, jello (It's super low in calories! 10 per serving, 40 if you eat a whole pack's worth.), low-fat pudding sometimes a little bit of ice cream if I have calories left over on Noom. I also exercise about 3 times a week for 30 minutes at the least, on top of gym class.

Remember, you gotta be super motivated to lose weight. Never lose hope! Especially if you are keeping track of your loss. Your weight will fluctuate. (I initially lost 10 pounds of water weight. That was my barrier, but then I worked a little harder and lost the other 4.5.) It get's a little harder after a while, but you can't give up!

I've gotten my family in on this too. We're all overweight and they're so proud that I'm taking initiative. They're eating the same stuff as I am and letting me get things when they go grocery shopping.

Well,i'm not 13 but i'm 15 and true,even i'm fat.%ft &in and 160 lbs is not good.Cutting down though.I do a LOT of biking and now wnting to start running
