My fitness level is average overall but I have VERY POOR balance. I'm wanting to know what the most effective workouts are for improving this. I've been working on my core doing leg raises, crunches, and planks and I've been going to spin class ocasionally (about once a week on average). It makes sense that I need to practice balancing to improve it but I'm wondering else I can do.
