Hello everyone,
My name is Nick and I am 19 years old. I am currently 160ibs and 6'1. I am looking to bulk up and gain muscle weight on my chest and arms, but I am completely lost on the nutrition aspect of it. I am pretty solid with the workouts I need already but if anyone can help me figure out a specific diet, such as calorie intake, best things to eat, etc. I would greatly appreciate it.
