Cardio and full body workout

Hi! I just joined this site, and am hoping it will help me get on track and stay on track!

On my workouts, I put both the full body workout at home and the cardio. For my cardio, I was planning on doing an exercise tape.

My question is...should I be doing both every day? or alternating days? and how many days a week should I be doing each?

I would really appreciate any help I can get with this question!
