· Never skip breakfast.Skipping breakfast does not help in weight loss,infact it makes you over eat during rest of the day.
· Completely eliminating carbohydrates from your diet does not really help.Carbs are the basic fuel of the body and brain. Many studies have proved that people who eat healthy and include carbs in their diet lose as much weight as those who remove them completely. Also people who dont eat carbs might see weight loss but as soon as they introduce them again all that weight quickly comes back.
· Do not remove fat from your diet. Fat is good for the body and is required for absorption of essential vitamins in the body.
· Mono diets are very harmful in the long run and are best avoided. For best weight loss results ensure a mix of all nutrition in your daily diet.
·Some people tend to overdo the “fat free” foods. Be careful while buying low fat food products as they might have reduced fat but more often than not compensate it by adding other ingredients like sugar or sodium, which at any level doesnt really solve the purpose.
