Ok...Here is what is going on...I am training for the Firefighter's Combat Challenge in July, But I have a really difficult agility test coming up in about a month, so my trainer has me trainig 7 days a week...I do weights and cardio and abs 6 days a week, and just cardio and abs on Sunday...is this a good way to prepare for this agility test? He said that after the agility test, if I pass, I can go back down to 5 days a week of training.

Well you need time to recover or you'll never be able to get to the wanted results.
He makes you train every single day? Well then you need to be very strict with your diet, giving your body all the needed nutritions to recover as fast as possible.... vitamins, glutamin, BCAA, iron etc
You need to sleep/rest at least 8-9 hours a night and take some hot showers, massage, sauna....

Okey the agility test is coming up in about a month, do you get a couple of days off just before?!!
