I use to workout alot when I was in the first few years of highschool, but ever since college I haven't been to a gym or workout at home.
past 3 weeks I have started following a strict workout routine:
* 1 hour Walk 3 - 3.5 miles
* inclined bench press 80-90 pounds 12-14 reps 3 sets
* Arm curls 65-75 pounds 12-14 reps 3 sets
* chest flys 45-55 pounds 12-14 reps 3 sets
I usally take a break on saturday since I usally can't find free time to workout
My question is I usally go from one work to the other and then come back to it full circle for a 2nd set ( ex: I do chest flys then go to arm curls then chest press ) should I take a break between the same workout or am I doing it right ?
My goal is mainly getting stronger / endurance not packing on bulky muscle, currently I am 250 pounds, 6' tall I don't look 250 pounds but I am :( I want to drop atleast 35-40 pounds with in the next year.
