Are u exercising and eating right? You need both and also if u are working out, how hard are you going? What are you doing when you're not wiling out? If u work out for like 20 minutes and then just be a couch potato for the rest of the day, you're not going tO get anywhere. If u are working hard and eating right, then add more intensity
