Okay so i'v been on and off for dieting for like a year now, just because I simply do not know what to eat.

I was doing like

2 Slices of Wholewheat bread for breakfast

Sandwhich below 300 calorie with an apple and a crunchie chocolate bar for lunch

and then a ready made meal below 600 calories for tea.

With the gym aswell burning about 400 calories a session 5 days a week.

But what I want to know, is what would be the best diet plan?

The best foods?

Liquids, supplements etc for a perfect diet plan?

One which you guys use, perfect for burning fat and gaining muscle also

So could anyone help me!

Cheers!
D.

Celery is GREAT for losing weight! It's a negative calorie food - you burn more calories digesting it than you do consuming it. Stuff yourself with veggies, also. Not as much fruit, because fruit contains natural sugars. 100 cal. packs & stuff like that aren't really too good for you. Don't expect to lose weight eating those things. Good luck!

yes celery is great, and lots of veggies. I eat alot of broccoli, greens, spinach, carrots. They have the necessary minerals and vitamins you need, little calories( if u dont add cheese and/or butter) and gives you energy for a great successful workout!!!

The 'right' diet plan is the one that works for you. In essence, any diet by any name will work if it  is one you can stick with. I am a huge fan of 'easing' into a diet. Cutting out too much too fast is a recipe for disaster. In the beginning, you will stick with it because you are so determined. But make no mistake, diet is a job! And not a fun one. You know how much you can get to hate your job, how difficult it can become just to go to it. Dieting is the same way, once that initial I hate myself and will do this no matter what wears off, then the difficulty begins.

If you drink soda, eat chips, ice cream, etc.. the initial diet urge is to cut out all the bad stuff and do it! At some point, when the 'newness' wears off, you will start craving, and they  will more than likely become unbearable, and you will binge.

Try to cut down slowly, sure things will take a bit longer than if you could do it all at once, but you will lose slower, steadier, and be able to stick with it better. Dieting is a hard job, no need to make it harder.

There is no real supplement for weight weight loss. Or gaining muscle. And as you probably know, it is next to impossible to do both. Think what your 'major' goal is, losing fat or gaining muscle, and put your focus toward that. It is extremely hard to gain muscle, even on a calorie surplus. The best you can hope for probably is losing fat, and with any luck gaining a miniscule amount of muscle.

For me, setting the right expectations when dieting was one of the keys.  It's easy to wish and want to lose 10 lbs. of fat a week and by the end of a month see a new you.  Most people that just isn't the case, it's all about short term goals and the long term as well.  BB1 is right need to stick with what works for you, set goals and expectations and begin to work at it.

It may take some trial and error as well.  A diet should really be a lifestyle change, no need to rush it and fail.  Slow and steady...

To stay fit and maintain your shape a regular basis workout helps a lot. But when it comes to losing weight and getting back in shape, a regular workout or exercise routine won’t be sufficient. You will have to take it a step further and take care of your diet in order to lose weight. In diet also you have to stay away from oily and fried foods as you can. To maintain proper diet add fresh fruits, Leafy vegetables , fat free foods etc in your diet plan. When you are on diet always keep in mind that whatever you are eating make a time table for that you have to follow that time table for better result.

I agree that sports and diet helps ... At the same time, you can use different pills. Viagra helps me (stimulates the heart and not only)
