hi my name is shad.
i just started on my goal to gain wight and build muscle. I have been trying so hard to do that but no luck so far. i really could use all the hlep i can get.
i wight around 115lb so am skinny guy. and I AM TIRED OF IT. and 28 years old.
so please help me to get to my goal.
I've been working out for a while now, making lots of progress, but lately I've been lacking, but now that I have a job to start soon, I'll be getting back in to shape soon enough :) I need some trimming around the edges but I know I can do it.I'm 120lbs, and I used to be 145lbs when I first started, I've come along way from then. & I'll be doing a daily log and pictures to come :) Hope to talk to you soon :) Thanks again!
