So anyways, I'm hoping someone can help me out here. I've been on one of the freetrainers routines now for about 2 months. I'm trying to tone and define, not bulk. Most of the exercise routines I see are for people trying to lose weight and gain muscle. Well I'm on the opposite side of the spectrum. I basically started with not much muscle. I eat like a horse and watch my nutrition. I still haven't found that I'm putting on any muscle. I keep my protein level where it should be as well as keeping a balanced diet. I also have used creatine and still am. Is it possible for a person to work out and do everything they should and still not get results? As far as what I am doing physically, I use the high weight and three sets of 8-12 reps which seems to be the norm for bulking and do it twice to three times a week. I guess I need to bulk a little first before toning, but I'm seeing nothing. Help me get a routine please. Anyone else have these difficulties? Thanks in advance!

Tell me exactly what your routine is....what weights and reps you use, and what exercises for which bodypart. What kind of cardio is any are you doing and last but never least what are you eating? Give details like grams of protein and how much you weigh and what cals you eat each day. Also fill out that profile so we can know you better!
