What would be the ideal team to work? Well it depends most research says late afternoons around 4 or 5 pm i think for me it would be best to work out after i wake up in the morning in the late afternoon i feel too tired to work out any thoughts?
I would agree that the mornings are better. When I lost a ton of weight I did it by waking up before class every morning and working out for an hour. If I did it in the afternoon I was too tired and more apt to making excuses not to. Also, I hear it boosts your metabolism if you do it in the AM.
Late late night is the best time for me i usually workout at 10 11pm or even sometimes 12 am i love these hours for workout, and im talking about a 2 to 3 hour workout....this is all because im not a morning person! Ugh!
But it all depends to when do you most feel like working out! Don't listen to all these studies. your feeling about your own body is your best guide for choosing time to workout!
