hey, i have a question Ive dont the nutrition program on this site, and i am jus confused, waht do i eat to achieve these ammounts of protiens, cars,fats, and cahloires suggested. thanks
Protein - 198 g .. maximum 10% variance is acceptable Carbohydrates - 462 g .. maximum 10% variance is acceptable Fats - 92 g .. maximum 10% variance is acceptable Total Calories - 3300 .. calculated maximum, do not exceed for current goal

What are your goals? Shed fatty tissue or GAin lean muscle? Need to know your weight and height male/female? Please fill out your profile and we will be able to give you good replies.

hi srry aobut taht. Im 15 male 5'8 132 pounds, so basically im fairy tall and thin, my goal is to gain lean muscle, and i dotn want to loose any more wegiht beacuse im too thin, jus incraese my muscle mass, and maybe more fat tissue in my body.
