hey, i have a question Ive dont the nutrition program on this site, and i am jus confused, waht do i eat to achieve these ammounts of protiens, cars,fats, and cahloires suggested.

198 g .. maximum 10% variance is acceptable
Carbohydrates -
462 g .. maximum 10% variance is acceptable
Fats -
92 g .. maximum 10% variance is acceptable
Total Calories -
3300 .. calculated maximum, do not exceed for current goal

hi srry aobut taht. Im 15 male 5'8 132 pounds, so basically im fairy tall and thin, my goal is to gain lean muscle, and i dotn want to loose any more wegiht beacuse im too thin, jus incraese my muscle mass, and maybe more fat tissue in my body.
