Hi. I'm curious of what would be best to burn fat around my midsection and strengthen my core. I'm a father of two so I have little extra money to spend, so any tips that do not require equipment would be great.

I am new to working out. I never needed to until the last 3 years, I plan to do power walking, then running. I am a mom of 2 and my funds are limited as well. This seems to be an effective option. Good luck to you.
A very good inexpensive workout for weight loss are swimming, jogging as well as cycling….as they have a large amount of cardiovascular paybacks such as good blood circulation..
