Workout whenever you have the time, you probably want to schedule your workout time so that you can eat an hour or two before, but just do what works for you.

I have heard some studies say that a morning workout is better than at night... It also vitalizes you for the day. But whenever you have time to do it, just get it done and you'll feel a lot better! =)

I, personally, love going to the gym right after work. I usually meet my husband there. Who ever is first does extra cardio until the other arrives. I find it is a nice way to end the day...besides there are more excuses to not go back out if I end up going home first. Consitency is the key! Have fun with it whenever you go !

The main thing is just to fit it in when you can. Kind of like a Nike thing, just do it. When you become more advanced, it may get a bit technical. But at this point, it doesn't really matter. You should make some outstanding gains. You may want to set up a time just to get you in a solid routine, that way it becomes part of your day/lifestyle. This is probably more the key as a beginner than anything. Will get you to stick with it more this way if it becomes "habit" so to speak.
