Hi,

I'm going to start using my new program but I'm not interested to work on my legs. Is it really needed? What should I do if I don't want to do the leg exercises?

Can I ask why you're not interested in training legs?  What are your goals in starting this new program?

UUUUUMMMMMMM , okay, don't do leg exercises. But you will be better off if you do. I'm with the two dyslexic Canadians though. Why not do legs?
