Answer depends on what you're goals are (health benefits, endurance, weight loss, srength, muscle mass), what you're doing now (what kind of program), and how dedicated you are to that program (are you following through?). Gender, age, diet, present state and past experience also play a role.
Some health benefits are quick to come such as improved blood pressure and glucose control (albeit, temporarily) after just one work out! Others, like muscle mass, may take months.
Results will gradually come. Play close attention and keep a log with measurements &/or take pictures.
