I've always been muscular, did ballet for 11 years and field hocey for 5. But I've always been overweight. I've lost like some 25 pounds and I'm 10 pounds away from my goal weight. Except the majority of it was muscle loss. After taking about a week off for recovery my calfs and thighs are starting to look big again i don't want thi. Not to mention I started going to the gy and using the machines. Should I stop toning until I've lost all the weight? How can I prevent this from happening??
