Hey guys... I broke my arm 3 months ago... now when I go the gym I take days like a day for feet, arms, abs and all that mix it up together. And when there is an arm day my bone hurts not just my arm and I'm not doing some heavy stuff with it just some lightweight to do something, and I didn't start using arms in the gym until 2 or 3 weeks ago... can someone tell me what I should do, I should be doing arm days to right?
