I just wanted to know if i was above or below the average 14 year old
Im exactly 6 foot tall, i weigh 185.6lbs
My bench max: 210
Incline max: 185
Power cling: 215
Squat max: 275
And how can i increase my bench?
And im starting to notice stretch marks right above my armpit
Is this bad? Good?
How do i get rid of them?
