I am a 6'4 approx 260lbs man aged 29 trying to get back in shape. I have access to a exercise bike, cross trainer, a couple weight machines and some dumbells. I have a baby boy coming in April and while I am not crazy enough to think I am going to be in great shape by then I would like to be on my way. Any advice as to workouts and supplements would be greatly advise. I want to lose weight, increase stamina those are the first priorities. Its February 11th today and My sister is getting married in July I would really like to surprise my family by being down 30lbs at least. Is that an unreasonable expectation?
