Hi everyone :). I'm 23, 60kg (5'3") and an active person. Last year i lost about 5 kilos in 3 months because of playing ULTIMATE FRISBEE 3 hours every tues and thursday. However, our field is now gone and after having surgery I gained back what i lost. I'm already doing sa workouts at home (hip hop abs program but not everyday) and jogging every tues and thurs (3Km). I only eat an apple and a cup of cereal everynight, somenight with hard boiled egg. However, I still don't see any result. Could help me?
What I have:
I could only workout from monday to thursday.
I have two 4 lbs dumbbell.
Determination to lose weight and be flexible.
