Am fatty, but i started working out. i need a diet plan which will help to lose fat and build muscle. i am indian, so my food is spicy mostly.. how does it affect?

I am Indian too. Spicy food is actually good for digestion as long as it doesn't actually cause you digestive problems. Do you get diarrhea after eating spicy food? If not, then it is not a problem. You want to make sure your roti is made with whole grain flour and to shave colories and feel fuller, try adding bran to you whole grain flour. Also, a lot of the food has potatoes, avoid that. Like if you're eating aloo gobhi, eat mostly the cauliflower and only a little of the potato. Eat yogurt with everything and cut down on the oil and salt used in making the food. Hope it helps!

What you eat controls your weight and when you exercise that controls how you forum your body if that helps😃
