Hey y'all...Names Matt. Been a trainer for a few years now. Mostly focus on functional strength and nutrition. Deal a lot with weight loss clients. Spent some time in the army, trained a few soldiers. yada yada. Now try and live on the road traveling and most of my self training is geared towards that. Lots of trail running and some climbing. Im big on swimming and during the summer teach distance swimmers at one of the gyms i train at. I eat primal for the most part. not 100% though, mostly cuz of ice cream.
