What is my Weight Enemy? SUGAR! I recently am recovering from the flu. During this period of barely eating at some stage I realized the less sugar I eat the better I feel. So I'll say this about that-- If you just don't feel good in general, you feel tired, fatigued, lethargic it is not just because you are aging. If you've been to the doctors, had tests run, changed life patterns and can't find an answer.
Don't give up!
It has taken me years to discover this and I couldn't be happier. You may have more than one Wenemy but you have many more tools, resources and friends.
