I'm a 43 year old, correctional officer(prison gaurd). I need to buff up, and gain endurance at the same time. I am 5'7", 195 lbs. Most of it is just above my waist. I don't and won't get any encouragement at home, so, feel free to chime in anytime! I used to run about 3 miles each day, but I haven't done that in awhile. I have gotten in to push-ups(about 200 per day), and behind the back dips(about 100 per day). I am going to try to get back to the running, maybe tomorrow. The hardest thing in the world for me is getting started, that and diets. I can't help myself, man I really love food!
