Hello, I have been making shakes every morning but I was thinking maybe I should add some whey protein power to help my motablism. I have been blending 1 cup of plain oat meal blended down to a powder, two bananas, one apple, little piece of ginger, and a little bit over 1/4 of kale every morning and some times for lunch but skipping those meals and working out daily I am not cutting it off the way I would hope I was thinking the potein powder would help....... any directions or suggestions???
