Hey you guys im new to this website and i just really want some fitness tips. I workout 5 days out of the week every 30 mins each hour (for 6 hours) i drink muscle milk in the mornings to start off my day . I try to eat at least an apple each day. Im trying to lose weight . Any tips out there that will help me improve weight im trying to lose weight . Im 108 pounds , 4'7 in height ! (:
