im just wonderin on my days of rest is it ok to do cardio
and ab type work out im on 12 week muscle mass program

On a mass program, I would not do cardio unless just to stay in cardiovascular shape. In other words, light cardio. If you have a fast metabolism and have trouble gaining, this is especially so.
