How do you know how many calories to calculate for yourself? Im not like a major work out gal ...yet, but I do my routines as this site prescribes for me and I do the tredmill on incline for 30 minutes and on a speed of 3.6. So far things are going very well but I just need to know if I am getting enough calories and nutrients. Thanks Ginafrog!
